This competition is not for one individual to win over others, but a standard of betterment to achieve and maintain.
⚖️ Rules
- Within the 31 days in October, 15 must be spent sober
- Within the 31 Days of October, 15 must include a workout
- Reasonable workouts include any sort of strength, resistance, Cardio and conditioning workout, or classes.
- One skill or subject should be learned/researched and presentable within the 31 days
- Within a day of drinking, calorie intake should not exceed 1/4th of your daily caloric intake.
- Rankings will be goal based. Goals will be decided before the start of the challenge and should be completed no later than Halloween night, October 31st.

- Think about the progression it would take to get you from where you are now to that point.
